At RTG you will be joining a team and will be working as a team to achieve GREATNESS! GREATNESS in yourself, GREATNESS in our clients, and GREATNESS in our team. At RTG you will be helping individuals to achieve a higher level of health and performance as it pertains to their life and/or sport through proper training, mental performance, and nutrition. The Road to GREATNESS is a road that we are all on and through that journey of reaching our own full potential, we can inspire and encourage others to continue on their path to GREATNESS as well. The road is not easy... It will require discipline, consistency, patience, and resilience.
RTG has been able to grow into a successful small business because of our top of the line training and our ability to bond and communicate with our clients. As a small business we have to give our very best to our clients every single day. It is vital that all RTG trainers have great personability and compassion in order to deliver the best service possible. All RTG trainers must also have the highest level of knowledge, therefore you must be willing to learn and get better. One a weekly basis, all RTG trainers will get paid 1 on 1 check-ins and continuing education sessions with the lead trainer at the facility.
RTG trainers are not required to find their own clients, but there is bonus pay for clients found through individual trainer marketing. All trainer schedules are filled with existing RTG clients.

Our REQUIRED qualifications for this position include:
> Bachelors degree in kinesiology or related field.
> Current certification from accredited body (NASM, ACE, NSCA, or ACSM) preferably CSCS (NSCA) or PES (NASM).
> Passion for helping others, and a commitment to lifelong learning!
> 12 month work contract

> Experience training/coaching athletes
> Played sports at the high school/college level
